Dogfish Head Has Its Day

Beer lovers will want to mark their calendars for Study’s very first beer dinner featuring well-known craft brewer, Dogfish Head. On Wednesday, April 1st, chef Jon Sanchez will be serving four courses of farm-to-table cooking to be paired with four of Delaware-based brewery’s finest. Besides the suds, each course will be also accompanied by a mini-history lesson on the recipe for the beer plus the story behind it. Guests can even expect to taste the brewery’s beloved and rare ‘120 minute’ IPA which is only made a few times each year. Seats for this special dinner are very limited and cost $75 per person, including four courses of food plus pairings. Seatings are available at 6:30pm, 7:30pm and 8:30pm.
