Artful D’Artagnan Dinner

In loving tribute to D’Artagnan on its thirtieth birthday, chef Rachel Klein has planned an epic charitable feast and she’s invited an impressive roster of guests chefs to join her (that’s what happens when you’re cooking for the leading purveyor of game meat, poultry, pates, sausages and foie gras). On Tuesday, March 31st, Klein will be welcoming Tony Maws of Craigie on Main and Kirkland Tap & Trotter, Scott Jones of Menton and Brad Rainville of Clink to the kitchen at Liquid Art House to help her put together a five-course tasting menu. The meal, which will be accompanied by Michel Chapoutier wines (some of the Rhone Valley’s finest), costs $125 per person. Proceeds will be donated to the Boston Children’s Hospital ROCKs organization, which helps empower kids to cook through culinary education. Purchase tickets online or give Liquid Art House a call at 617.457.8130 for more info.
