The Café at Taj Boston one again throws open their cellar doors, this time highlighting the wines of Michel Chapoutier on Thursday, May 24th. The evening of wining and dining begins at 6:30pm with a tasting of these French reds. Then, guests will head into the dining room for four courses of chef Michael Mandato‘s cuisine and, of course, more wine.
