Rialto’s Summer Wine BBQ

As has become her annual tradition, Jody Adams will be moving her kitchen operations out into the courtyard at the Charles Hotel for her Summer Wine BBQ. On Wednesday, July 20th, she’ll be firing up the grill to prepare a four-course al fresco feast inspired by the food and wine of Campania. The hors d’oeuvres (think: grilled mussels with chorizo oil; salt cod fritters with shaved house cured bottarga; and sweet and sour kid and fig skewers) start circulating around at 6:30pm, followed by dinner shortly thereafter.
