When Bar Meets Kitchen: Making Your Own Vermouth
On Monday, January 26th, Tom will turn his attention to vermouth. Participants will learn about the many and varied types of this adulterated wine and how to mix up their own batch (both sweet and dry) from scratch. Once everyone's got that down, there'll be some cocktail creation so everyone can put their new-found skills to good use.
