Stirred not Shaken: How James Bond Got it all Wrong
On Monday, January 19th, Tom will be enlightening his students as to the proper time to shake a drink (hint: it's not as often as you may think) as well as basic bar maintenance - like the use of jiggers and citrus and straight spirit drinks.
When Bar Meets Kitchen: Making Your Own Vermouth
On Monday, January 26th, Tom will turn his attention to vermouth.
