Forsaking their Irish roots – just for a day! – Grafton Street celebrates Cinco de Mayo with a Don Julio tequila dinner on Monday, May 5th. Chef Eric Gregory’s put together a four-course menu to be paired with four tequila-y cocktails from the team behind the bar (who are happy to take a break from pouring pints of Guinness).
