East Meets West via Argentina

The rich, complex wines of Argentina meet their match at Blue Ginger on Tuesday, March 11th. Chef Ming Tsai and company will be pulling together a six-course menu of their signature fusion fare to pair with selections from the South American wine powerhouse. Just to give you a hint of what they’ve got planned: kucho karu spiced fluke with cucumber kimchee, and five root braised oxtail galangal (though you can see the whole menu below).
