On Thursday, November 20th, chef Matt DeLisle and fromager Louis Risoli of L’Espalier are celebrating the big, beautiful, bountiful wine region of Burgundy by featuring some of region’s best exports. The six-course meal, priced at $150 per person, features the wines of Burgundy both in the glass and on the plate in true decadent L’Espalier fashion with dishes like scallops poached in white Burgundy and roasted guinea hen in a red Burgundy sauce with foie gras and black truffles.
