Pasta Masters at Work

Coinciding with the release of his cookbook, flour + water: pasta, chef and author Thomas McNaughton will be making an appearance at Sportello for a night of perfectly prepared pasta. On Wednesday, October 22nd, McNaughton comes all the way from San Francisco to team up with Sportello’s own David Cavilla. The tandem evening will combine their pasta expertise in a four-course prix fixe that’ll be accompanied by wine pairings from small production Italian wineries. The evening, which begins with a reception at 6:30pm followed shortly thereafter by dinner, costs $125 (including a signed copy of the cookbook).
