Chef Dante de Magistris and the gang have a whole slew of Italian-inspired salads, appetizers and entrees that will liven up any event including deliciousness like caprese with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, sicilian oregano, evoo and grilled bread; meatballs made with traditional pork and beef “polpette al sugo,” tomato ragú, pecorino romano, basil; and big trays of lasagna, fusilli bolognese, pollo alla parmigiana (and more).
