At Wusong Road, we strive for excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and team leadership. As a Guest Experience Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating our front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and fostering professional development among staff.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Collaborating closely with the back-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
  • Ensure loss control of products and equipment.
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability.
  • Upholding our commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Additionally, the role requires availability to close four (4) days a week, with shifts ending at midnight on weekdays and potentially as late as 2am on weekends. Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 (based upon experience)/year
