Toscano on Beacon Hill is a fast-paced, casual fine dining, Tuscan-themed restaurant looking to hire a full time bartender.
Ideal candidates should have experience in a casual fine dining establishment and be able to work quickly and calmly while still maintaining a high level of service. A strong passion for food, wine, spirits and hospitality is a must, as is the ability to work well in a team environment and a fast-paced, positive atmosphere. Candidates should be professional, dependable, hardworking and team-orientated. Tips/Serve Safe certification is recommended but not required.
This is a full time position so candidates must have full availability: days, nights, weekends and holidays. Toscano offers a great learning opportunity and growth potential in a professional work environment.
Please meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have 3-5 years Bartending experience in similar style restaurant
- Must have 3-5 years of Casual/Fine dining experience
- Must have full time availability AM/PM, weekend and holiday shifts
- Enjoys customer interaction, Friendly, Positive attitude
- Willing to take direction, Creative Minded
