Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional guest service and guest relations in all areas and at all times to ensure positive guests experience above and beyond service.
- Recruitment, hiring & training of all staff
- Development, performance evaluation, and ongoing training for staff
- Establish schedules to ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts and within the payroll budget allotted
- Oversee all purchasing specifications, maintain accurate inventories, and effectively manage all food and beverage inventories.
- Responsible for ensuring that all assigned financial-related administrative duties are completed accurately including at point-of-sale, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage & delegate responsibilities to ensure the collective success of our organization. (consider changing to “assign realtime duties as needed”)
- Ensuring that all on-duty checklist activities are performed correctly and effectively.

Key Qualifications
- Industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
