Talulla – Service Manager

We are a small team at Talulla. If you join us, you’ll be joining a tight knit family where you get to work side by side with the chef owner and an ever changing menu. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a lead server position.

We are looking for a person who has experience with mentorship, staff training, scheduling, POS operations, reservation platforms, menu design, cost analysis and working with vendors. The ideal candidate should be a self starter and will bring new ideas to our table. This is an all hands on deck operation because we are busy! Table service is required with this job. Because we have a small team, all team members are integral to ensuring that our guests have a genuine experience while with us. We are not about job roles and titles, we’re about teamwork, consistency and honesty. Grace, empathy, determination and warmth are all traits that are necessary to succeed in this role. Reliability, flexibility and professionalism are other important qualities to have as an applicant.

We are willing to train the right person and there are opportunities for growth within our company.

This is a salaried position with PTO and bonus incentives.
