• Taco Azul is a casual full-service restaurant serving delicious guacamole, tacos, and margaritas.
• Taco Azul is founded on the principle of a focused menu that is executed perfectly consistently – 4 starters, 10 tacos, and a few beverages.
• Taco Azul is centered around Blue Corn (Maiz Azul) and Blue Agave (Agave Azul), hence “Azul” in the name. All tortillas and chips are made with Blue Corn, and all margaritas are made using tequila distilled from Blue Agave.
• Taco Azul is the perfect restaurant for families with strollers, couples on dates, colleagues on business meetings, a fun night out with friends, and everyone in between.

Line Cook – Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring food quality by cooking and prepping food to order, and following established kitchen procedures
• Monitoring food waste
• Food prep, customer service, guest interactions, cooking, and cleaning
• Delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Participating in ongoing training and development

Who We’re Searching For

• It’s not just a great work ethic that impresses us! A great attitude is just as important at Taco Azul. We are seeking positive and enthusiastic full-time and part-time entry-level team members to join our dynamic team!
• Previous hospitality and/or food service experience is a plus, though not required – we’ll teach you the rest!
• Motivated to learn quickly and grow in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• We are fast-paced and looking for people who are quick thinkers, committed, and excited to hit the ground running!

This is an entry-level opportunity with no previous experience required! All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast-paced, team-oriented environment! We will provide you with all the tools necessary for a successful experience, with hands-on training, online learning modules, and a structured path to grow your career.
