Steel & Rye – Restaurant Manager

Steel & Rye in Milton Lower Mills is hiring a Full Time Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. Steel & Rye is truly a unique operation. We operate a scratch kitchen and bakery as well as a high quality beverage program in a large-scale, high volume restaurant.

The restaurant is well established, well staffed and provides an excellent platform for learning and growth in the hospitality industry.

The Restaurant Manager position will work directly with our AGM, GM, Chef and Bakery operations team to oversee dinner and brunch services.

This management position is an excellent opportunity for someone working in the hospitality industry who is ready to take the next step into management. Our management structure offers excellent training and mentoring as well as the opportunity to learn many different parts of the business. This position will meet weekly with our leadership team to review the company’s financial performance, plan holidays and events, as well as strategize on future initiatives.
