Prima, a swanky new Italian steakhouse concept in Charlestown opened by the teams behind Monument Restaurant & Tavern and Capo South Boston, is looking for hard working, enthusiastic, team-oriented individual to join our management team! We are a high-volume neighborhood restaurant serving rustic Italian, housemade pasta, luxury cuts of steak and chops, and creative cocktails, beer, and wine.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, model integrity and positive attitudes, demonstrate a sincere love for hospitality, and value working in a community. Our new manager should be prepared to assist with building and managing the FOH team, implement staff training, and ensure standards of services are consistently being met by all FOH team members. Candidates must be passionate about food and drink, prepared to coach and mentor a dynamic staff, excited to work within an active community, and be experienced with working on a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
