We are seeking an organized and efficient Expediter to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that orders are prepared, plated, and delivered accurately and promptly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Monitoring the flow of orders to maintain efficient service.
- Communicating effectively with servers to confirm order details and address any special requests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized expediting station.
- Ensuring that all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards before they leave the kitchen.
- Assisting in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role is preferred.
