Mistral – Assistant General Manager

Mistral Restaurant is currently seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. Candidates must have at least three years of management experience in a restaurant as well as a strong knowledge of food and wine. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day general operations and financial management, exceeding food and beverage goals, maintaining impeccable health and service standards and providing leadership to the front of house staff. The Assistant General Manager will ensure that all guests have an exemplary experience and should have an appreciation for true hospitality. This position will also work closely with the General Manager in all aspects of the operations and work with the Beverage Manager to assist with creation of cocktails, management of wine lists, inventory and staff training.
