The Miracle of Science Bar + Grill in Cambridge (321 Massachusetts Avenue) is hiring immediately for experienced front of house bartenders.
Looking for honest, dependable individuals who excel in customer service and communication, are self-aware, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining enthusiasm and composure.
PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT (with possibility to move to FULL-TIME) opportunity for those with a flexible and open schedule.
Service industry experience required.
***Please note, ALL candidates must be comfortable working in both a serving and bartending capacity. New hires will be trained in both areas; and to start, will be scheduled in both roles. Once the individual is able to meet expectations and comfortable in the space, they will move primarily to working on the bar.
Minimum wage hourly pay (service rate – $6.75 per hour) with pooled tips (ranging from $15-40 per hour).
