We are looking for enthusiastic and hospitality-driven individuals to build our team of servers! If you have a passion for great food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to meet you. Full-time servers will work 4-5 shifts per week, and part-time will work 2-3 shifts per week.
Mimi’s Chūka Diner is a soon-to-be open full-service casual restaurant located within Aeronaut Brewery, led by partners Ted Woo and Jon Awerman. “Chūka ryori,” is the Japanese phrase for “Chinese food,” and is a specific subset of Chinese dishes in Japan that is widely regarded as one of the most popular cuisines to children and adults alike. A couple of the most iconic examples of chūka ryori are ramen and gyoza. At Mimi’s we’ll be serving chūka ryori alongside classic American diner favorites, all done with our own twist. Complementing the food, we’ll have a food-friendly wine list, crispy Japanese lagers, select sakes, and a small house cocktail list to round out our beverage options.

Evenings – Tuesday through Saturday (4-11pm)
Daytime – Saturday and Sunday (10-3pm)
Experience: Preferred but not required. We hire for character and are happy to train the right candidates!
