The ideal candidate can work the following schedule: Tuesday + Thursday: 4PM – 10PM; Friday: 4PM – 11PM; Saturday + Sunday: 8AM – 5PM.

This is a hands-on working position where you will be working side by side with the team and leading shifts by example and actively mentoring and coaching servers, bartenders, baristas, and food runners.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years in a restaurant supervisory role. Lead servers are encouraged to apply.
• Have weekday night and weekend daytime availability
• A positive attitude with a sincere passion for creating a remarkable guest experience
• Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
• Highly organized and efficient – ability to work quickly while upholding Lulu Green’s mission and maintaining quality standards
• Genuine passion for plant-based food + drink made with the highest quality ingredients
• High energy with strong ability to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with initiative, sees the big picture
• Great communication skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
• Coachable and open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Toast POS a plus
• Experience in take-out and 3rd party delivery
• Knowledge of state and local laws as it applies to liquor, labor, and health code regulations
