Chef Rob has honed his craft in some of the best restaurants in Paris, New York, San Francisco, Napa and Boulder Colorado. Chef is now excited to bring “la dolce vita” style to Boston’s historic North End neighborhood in our brand new restaurant. Locale will offer house-made pastas, local seafood, salads, market driven antipasti & an eclectic yet approachable wine list.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • The position entails daily mise-en-place, managing and executing a station during service a few days of the week, running the pass when the chef is away, managing the team, ordering, and practicing proper food storage and food handling skills
  • Help with new menu changes
  • Assisting with setting up and stocking kitchen stations
  • One year experience in a similar concept
  • Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
