SEEKING PASTA PRODUCTION COOK FOR NEW RESTAURANT
this is a full time morning prep position. Prior experience is a must.

WHO ARE WE?
Chef Rob has honed his craft in some of the best restaurants in Paris, New York, San Francisco, Napa and Boulder Colorado. Chef is now excited to bring “la dolce vita” style to Boston’s historic North End neighborhood in our brand new restaurant. Locale will offer house-made pastas, local seafood, salads, market driven antipasti & an eclectic yet approachable wine list.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

  • The position entails daily pasta mise-en-place including making, rolling, and shaping dough.
  • Assisting with setting up and stocking kitchen stations
  • One year experience in a similar concept
  • Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
