Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in the daily operations of our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the leadership skills to motivate and guide our team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of food quality and guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-trained and motivated team.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
