La Padrona – Boston’s most anticipated opening of 2024 – is looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial and sales-driven Bartenders to join our Hospitality Group.
Job Responsibilities
As a Bartender you will execute bar operations. You are responsible following recipes and delivering prompt service. You are expected to maintain a clean workspace, undertake daily side work tasks, such a cleaning, organizing, juicing fresh fruit juice, cutting garnishes, receiving orders, and maintaining proper stock levels.
As a Bartender you will get to show off your food & beverage knowledge while taking care of our guests and contributing to growing the program. Our food and beverage menus features an authentic journey through the Italy’s regions. We expect the very best from ourselves and that commitment to excellence translates in our product.
Bartenders are responsible for excellent product knowledge and amazing guest service.
Previous experience in the Restaurant Industry is required.
