Job Description:
As a Bartender at HUE Boston, you will play a pivotal role in crafting memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, from classic cocktails to signature creations. Your expertise and passion for mixology will shine as you interact with guests, recommending drinks, and providing unparalleled customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between food and beverage service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers, in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and offering personalized service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service timings
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies
- Contribute to the development of new cocktail recipes and menu items
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or nightlife establishment
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable Transportation-we are open until 2am
