James Beard Award winning Chef, Ken Oringer is looking to hire an Assistant General Manager at his intimate enoteca Coppa.
We pride ourselves on creating reasonable hours as we understand the importance of work / life balance. Coppa is located on a cozy corner in the south end and has incredible (neighborhood) regulars – it’s a special restaurant and we are eager to find the right person to join the management team.
Candidates should be organized and curious, eager and love to learn, can provide structure and warmth and above all, want to assist in creating a welcoming experience for both guests and coppa employees. We are looking for someone who is in this industry because they love creating experiences for others.
Salary Range: $65,000-75,000 based on experience
