ALBA Restaurant Group has immediate openings for experienced bartenders at ALBA in Quincy. We offer a mix of indoor and outdoor seating, making us a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike. We are looking for experienced bartenders to join our team and help us continue providing top-notch service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following standard recipes and techniques.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Efficiently take and accurately process beverage and food orders and provide recommendations.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including opening and closing the register.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on current drink trends and new products to enhance the bar menu.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology and a diverse range of cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic restaurant environment.
