Let the Forage team ease you into the transition of summer to fall (aka white to red wine) with a tasty Tuscan wine dinner in Cambridge on Tuesday, September 10th. Chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert had some fun putting together a 4-course tasting menu with some of the Italian region’s loveliest natural wines and hyper-local late summer ingredients. Check out the lineup below, which includes matchups like Charred Eggplant with Confit Tomatoes, Golden Raisins, Fresh Herbs and Pita paired with 2021 Trebbiano/Malvasia/Ansonica, Ampeleia; and Beef Braciole with Parmesan, Breadcrumb, Tomato Sauce and Seven Hills Pasta matched with 2022 Sangiovese, “Sacromontino,” Castello Di Potenti.

Dinner costs $120 per person, which includes all your food and wine, and you can scoop up reservations here between 5:00 and 8:45pm. As always, if you fall in love with a bottle or two be sure to ask your server to bag them up to take home later at retail prices. Keep an eye on their IG for updates, and be sure to sign up for Forage’s e-newsletter via the website to stay in the know on all the dinners and doings this fall.
