Brunch at Pagu is a rare treat – Tracy Chang’s award-winning Central Square restaurant is usually only open for dinner – but this weekend is one of those occasions. In honor of Cinco de Mayo, Pagu will be open on Sunday, May 4th serving items from its regular Spanish/Japanese menu with a few fun brunch-y additions like congee, chicken katsu & wafflato, purple ube basque cheesecake and suckling pig tacos.
