Kick-off summer the right way with wine, cocktails, New England seafood and more at Catalyst‘s Slay Then Rosé Party. On Friday, June 21st, chef William Kovel & Co. are rolling out a whole bunch of rosé-based treats including chilled glasses of wine, cocktails, freeze pops and sorbet to enjoy on their spacious patio. In addition to all the pink-hued options, there’ll be seafood displays, cheese boards, passed hors d’oeuvres and other bites, so you can wind down after the week and put your summer Fridays to good use. Tickets are $65 apiece and the party starts at 5:00pm, so gather your wine-loving crew and head on over to Cambridge right after work to get the weekend off to a rosy start.
