Sip on rosé and dig into Northern Italian bites at Davio’s – on Thursday, July 11th, the Back Bay location of Steve DiFillippo’s mini empire will be hosting a five-course wine dinner complete with pairings from Château d’Esclans. Brand Ambassador Céline Dublanchet will be on hand to chat about the wines, so you can learn some insider info about French rosés while enjoying the summer fare. Dinner starts at 6:00pm and includes dishes like hamachi crudo with peaches, basil and citrus; spaghetti with Maine lobster, fava beans and lemon butter; and a rosé vanilla mascarpone cake.
