Get ready to blow out the candles with chef Tracy Chang and the whole PAGU crew at an epic birthday bash on Wednesday, August 28th. The Central Square hotspot is celebrating seven years in the game out on their spacious patio with a whole roasted suckling pig, a giant paella, tons of passed and stationary bites (think: oysters, beef tartare and summer corn pizza), and, of course, plenty of porróns. You can scoop up tickets online here for $65 each and plan on being in Cambridge by 6:00pm. Feel free to show up thirsty ’cause there’ll be spritzes, sangria, and kombucha for toasting (drinks are a la carte). Be sure to clink glasses with trio of Basque Culinary Center chefs who’ve been in residence for the last six months; they’ll be heading home soon so it’s now or never! Keep one eye on their Instagram for updates, and keep the other eye out for any pug sightings throughout the evening.
