No worries if you couldn’t make it to Ovenbird’s recent early-evening get-together, the Belmont bakery and cafe has a few more planned for Thursday nights throughout the fall. Mark your calendars for October 10th and 24th and November 7th and 21st and plan to swing through Cushing Square between 5:00 and 8:00pm for some after-work fun. Chef-owner Jason Reed will be making sweet and savory treats to be enjoyed alongside beers from husband-and-wife team Mike Patterson and Emily Vides of Small Change Brewing. There’ll be music courtesy of the team at Want List Records, too so you can chill out for a bit with some fabulous food, great beer and groovy tunes.
