Let the pros at Gourmet Caterers handle the eats for your holiday weekend – they know a thing or two (or maybe all the things) about creating memorable feasts for special occasions. For Memorial Day they’re working on a special Barbecue Menu complete with a la carte starters for the group (think summer salad and spinach artichoke dip by the pint), a three-course prix fixe with faves like baby back ribs, flank steak and chicken kabobs, an array of sides including corn, pasta and potato salads. There are sweets, too and a la carte extras (for kids and vegans) as well as beer and wine.

They’re scheduling pick-ups at their kitchen (3867 Washington Street in Roslindale) throughout the weekend – Saturday, May 23rd from 9:00am-2:00pm, Sunday, May 24th from 9:00am-12:00pm or Monday, May 25th from 9:00am-12:00pm – so plan accordingly.
Just as an added bonus: in honor of the holiday, Gourmet Caterers is donating ten percent of all orders to the New England Center and Home for Veterans so you can do some good – from a safe distance.
