The crew at Vincent’s gives their alter ego – a Texas roadside spot – free rein on Thursday, August 31st at a big ‘ol honky tonk-themed Summer Barbecue. For just $50 you can stuff yourself silly on a buffet of chef Philip Nacron’s Texas red pastrami, cheddar jalapeno sausage, smoked pork shoulder, cowboy caviar and macaroni salad. If you’re thirsty from all those smoked meats, whet your whistle between bites at the margarita bar in the front room, or the whiskey and wine bar in the main dining room (drinks are extra, but you can start a tab). The dinner bell rings at 7:00pm, so get your Daisy Dukes on, grab a ticket here, and get over to Cambridge to dig in.
