Explore the natural wines of the land down under at Forage on Tuesday, October 8th as chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert take on the Adelaide Hills region of Australia at this week’s wine dinner. The dynamic duo have some lovely bottles to share from South Australia’s largest wine growing region, including bottles from Unico Zelo, Commune of Buttons, Borachio, and Jauma — and really, don’t the names alone just sound intriguing? Check out the four-course pairing menu below that’s packed full of fall fare like Tomato Salad made with Sweet Annies and watermelon three ways; and Pork and Beef Sausage served with lentils, rice, broccolini, and fennel salad.

Dinner costs $120 per person and you can scoop up reservations here between 5:00 and 8:45pm or give them a call at 617.576.5444. By the by, the Forage folks are only planning to host two more weekly wine dinners after this before they transition into a monthly series, so don’t miss out on your chance to squeeze a few extra dinners in this month. Keep an eye on their IG for updates, and be sure to sign up for their weekly e-newsletter on the website to keep up with all the happenings this fall and winter.
