It’s shaping up to be a busy fall over at Dear Annie. In addition to author dinners, wine tastings and butchery classes, the award-winning Cambridge restaurant from the team behind Field & Vine and June Bug will be exploring Flavor & Fermentation with Murray Paterson of Copenhagen’s Muri Drinks in an informative little get-together on Thursday, September 26th. Sign up online here for $35 per person (before tax and processing fees) and plan on being at their Mass. Ave. digs (between Harvard and Porter Squares) at 6:00pm. Paterson, who founded Muri in 2020 after a stint as a distiller at Empirical Spirits in Denmark, will be chatting about all things fermentation and pouring three choice cuvees from their collection.
