EMPath 200-Year Anniversary Gala

Economic Mobility Pathways

Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath), a national nonprofit that dramatically improves the lives of people living in poverty, is celebrating two centuries of transforming lives, empowering women, and advocating for change at a big fancy gala on Thursday, June 6th.

The swanky shindig, which starts at 6:30pm at the Cyclorama in the South End, will be honoring three remarkable women with the EMPower Award, including Mayor of Boston Michelle Wu, Sandy Edgerley, philanthropist, real estate developer, and chair of The Boston Foundation as well as Shellee Mendes, an award-winning entrepreneur and philanthropist.

NBC 10 Boston’s Latoyia Edwards will emcee the evening, which promises to be an unforgettable night of storytelling, dancing and incredible food courtesy of female chefs from beloved local restaurants like Flour Bakery & Cafe, Pagu, Stillwater, Zuzu’s Petals, Tiny Spoon and Shy Bird.

It’s a great opportunity to support EMPath and celebrate their milestones and accomplishments so scoop up your tickets online here or by emailing Colin Rowe. Get for info about the event and the organization online here and get ready for a great night out in the South End.
