Head to Kendall Square and pop some bubbly with the team at Catalyst. Every Friday from now through November, they’ll be rolling out their Bubble Bar so you can start the weekend with your choice of sparkling wines paired with complimentary canapés from 4:00-6:00pm. If you’re not a sparkling wine fan, don’t worry, they’ll be offering beer (it’s carbonated!) as well as a few champagne cocktails. Each glass comes with a plate of hors d’oeuvres, and each bottle is paired with your choice of charcuterie board. Seating is first come first serve at the bar, so make sure to plan accordingly — though if you’re a party of 10 or more, give ‘em a call at 617.576.3000 to make a reservation.
