Find the perfect slice this weekend at the ultimate pizza party on City Hall Plaza. The annual Boston Pizza Festival is back and the line-up does not disappoint. With over 20 pizza joints, live music and entertainment, the festivities will run Saturday, June 22nd and Sunday, June 23rd from 11:00am to 6:00pm. Chef and pizzaiolo Mario Laposta of da LaPosta will be defending his championship title, cheffing it up all day long so you can try his famous winning slice. You can spend the day tasting a few (or all!) of the various slices the festival has to offer, including Fine Line, Crispy Dough Pizzeria, Eat Cini’s and Central Cafe, and vote for your fave at the end of the day. Purchase tickets ahead of time, or you can walk-in and buy pizza slice tickets after perusing the scene. Tickets start at $11.99 for three slices, $17.99 for five slices and $31.99 for ten slices. The event is cashless, so don’t bring any physical dough and make sure to plan accordingly.
