If all this talk of Oktoberfest has got you in a brews-and-sausage-y state of mind, reserve yourself a spot at The Smoke Shop’s upcoming Beers, Brats & Beyond, scheduled for Thursday, October 17th at their East Boston location. Chef-owner Andy Husbands and his team will be throwing together the ultimate pairing dinner featuring locally-made links from Pig Rock Sausages accompanied by craft beers from the likes of Jack’s Abby, Trillium, Duvel and Downeast Cider. Tickets, which include four courses of delicious eats and pairings, are just $45 each. Menu:
1st Course: Smoked Bratwurst with Sauerkraut and Pickled Mustard
2nd Course: Texas Hot Link with Pimento Cheese
3rd Course: Smoked Chorizo, Cilantro Onion, Guacamolio, and Corn Tortilla
4th Course: Chicken and Maple Sausage with Apple Slaw
