Tristan Kwong Comes to Dear Annie

Shake up your Thursday plans and get yourself to Dear Annie on Thursday, October 3rd for a special pop-up with Tristan Kwong (aka @fruitsomm). The talented chef is bringing a menu full of Chinese-American eats to Cambridge for one night, and one night only. Kwong will be whipping up bites like Ham Yu Caesar Salad with romaine, watercress, salted fish and youtiao, Sesame Noodles with sesame paste, bean sprout, cucumber and black vinegar, and Charsiu Porchetta with pork belly, ginger scallion and pork fat rice. Seating will be available both inside and out on a first come first serve basis from 5:00pm ’til they’re sold out — they’re not taking reservations so make your plans accordingly and get there early, so you don’t miss out on the fun!
