A taste of the Paso Robles, California wine country is just a short drive away at Mooo…. Burlington on Thursday, September 26th as they host a Daou Vineyards Wine Dinner. The four-course feast from chef Jaime Mammano’s team will be woven around some of the winery’s most loved and award-winning vintages like 2021 Daou Merlot, Sequentis Reserve, 2021 Daou Vineyards Soul of a Lion, and 2022 Daou Vineyards Pessimist, Special Select Red Blend. Plus, since it’s Mooo…., you can expect some luxurious dishes and ingredients like Maine Lobster with Locally Foraged Mushrooms and Fine Herbs; and Red Wine Braised Short Rib with Chive Whipped Potatoes, Honey Roasted Carrots and Crispy Shallot.
