If you’re not a big fan of the beginning of the week, let this be a bright spot for you: Mooo….Burlington now has dollar oysters at their bar every Monday and Tuesday night. The most suburban outpost of Jamie Mammano’s elegant steakhouse is serving up piles of briny bivalves for just a buck a piece in the bar & lounge to kick off the work week (or to celebrate your day off if you’re a restaurant industry type). At this price it’s a great excuse to order up a glass or two (or maybe a bottle) of something fab from their extensive wine list, and maybe round out your feast with a few Japanese Wagyu Beef Dumplings or an order of Steak Tartare.
