Legal Harborside is Legal Sea Foods’ 20,000 square foot flagship property on the Boston Waterfront, comprising three floors and three different concepts under one (retractable) roof. You’ll find a nod to their heritage on the first floor hull, where the restaurant serves a casual menu of seafood favorites-with-a-twist, an oyster bar and an old-fashioned fish market.

The second floor dining room offers cuisine prepared with sensible creativity for celebratory eating and private dining events. The design of the restaurant and bar takes full advantage of the harbor view and is reminiscent of a ship’s dining room, with a curved rosewood ceiling and glossy black columns inspired by the mast of a ship that anchor the space.

Diners that visit the third floor promenade deck can enjoy cocktails and sushi or nibble from a menu of shareable plates and small bites in the four-season rooftop lounge. In warmer months, the walls and ceiling retract for drinking under the sun or stars. In the case of inclement weather, guests can toast the town while enjoying views of the harbor and the city skyline from within the fully enclosed glass-walled space. A copper-clad fireplace adds an element of fun during the colder months.
