Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Chris & Megan Parsons, Catch Restaurant represents the realization of a long-held dream and the culmination of the lengthy search for the perfect location. And it is just about perfect. The intimate, sage green dining room, which looks out onto Winchester’s main drag, fills up every evening with urban and suburban diners, all of whom are hooked on chef Chris Parsons’ brand of French-influenced American cuisine. From the tiny open kitchen, Parsons and his staff take advantage of the bounty of fresh, local produce and the top of the day’s catch to augment the constantly changing menu.
