All About Asparagus

Chef Carolyn Johnson has rolled out her annual tribute to asparagus, a four-course prix fixe that’s full of the spring favorite, sourced from Concord’s own Barrett’s Mill Farm. Reserve a table at 80 Thoreau through Saturday, May 30th to sit down to dishes like grilled flank steak with panzanella, almonds and crisp tips, and asparagus panna cotta with white chocolate, strawberries and mint.
