Petit Robert Bistro in Needham gives spring its due with a special prix fixe menu running all season long. Every Tuesday, now that spring has sprung, guests can enjoy three courses of seasonal French specialties from the Petit kitchen and expertly chosen wine pairings. Dishes include classics like escargots (of course), grilled salmon with lemon ginger butter and vanilla bean crème brûlée.
